The task
Through the online magazine lawyers-magazine.com, convey black had access to highly qualified lawyers and law firms. They were looking for different ways to create a business model with this asset. The MVP should be scalable and digital.
The solution
In an initial two-day workshop, we developed various business models and delved deeper into customer research. With the user profiles validated, we jointly prototyped the application with multiple cycles of testing with potential end users. So we had a tested design for programming and all the assets ready to implement.
